The theatre arts major at Augsburg builds on the foundation of the liberal arts, integrating literature, music, art, dance, history, philosophy and religion. In addition to a fall and spring play, the department offers an experimental production during January. Students are encouraged to participate in all aspects of theatre art production. Internships at Twin Cities theatres prepare students for professional work, graduate school education theatre and many other challenges.
